February 2008 Tour!
Here we go again!
LeSEA's first Israel tour of 2008 is planning to depart on Monday! So many pilgrims have signed up for this tour excited to begin their year visiting the Holy Land. Some choose the February tour to visit because they like the cooler weather. Others have chosen February for another reason; many I've spoken to have chosen to travel to Israel early this year because they have expressed the importance to begin this year new, fresh and focused on God. Whatever the reason is, each one of these 80 pilgrims will return with exciting stories to share and more passion than they ever imagined for God and for the land of Israel.
Reading the Bible will never be the same for them as the pictures of this experience will flash thru their minds, remembering the places they walked, touched and learned about. In fact, I have elbowed my husband so many times during a sermon; my silent language that tells him, "I've been there!" that now I've caught him elbowing me first..."you've been there!" he silently tells me. It's a frequent joke on Sundays now.
I will be staying behind on this trip. Lumi and I will "hold down the fort" while the Sumrall family and various other staff members escort the group for an experience of a lifetime. I'm looking foward to getting frequent reports and passing them on to you.
Stay tuned for more updates!
